03.I would definitely say it's decent quality for the price. Ours came with a dent on the top surface but wasn't too noticeable once the tv was on top. Just like the other reviews mentioned it's very low to the ground but that wasn't a surprise because it states all the dimensions in the listing. We decided not to use the plastic leg parts it came with because the quality of that looked very bad. Just looked like really cheap plastic legos to me. We are using the stand on the floor for now and if we feel like it needs more height later on then we will buy furniture legs and attach it. The one hole it came with was only usable on the bottom shelf so we made an addition small hole on the top shelf so we can put our cable box there. Our tv is 65" for size reference.
